If you order outside Spain, it may take about 5-10 days for your order to arrive. If it concerns a Back order for the Maxine Bags, which means that the item has yet to be made, it can take up to 14-20 days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have elapsed, please send an e-mail to info@anntas.com so that we can check the status of your order.
We are currently aware of the high costs associated with sending items outside of Spain, unfortunately this is something that we have to adhere to, if you have questions about these issues, do not hesitate to contact us at our Facebook page or e-mail.
